How to Apply

We’re excited to guide you through the process of applying to study at one of our partner high schools in the U.S. Below are the steps to ensure a smooth and successful application. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@aeeaweb.com. We’re here to help!

Step 1: Complete the Application

Review the schools we work with and select the one that best fits your goals and interests. Once you’ve made your choice, complete the AEEA Application and submit it

Step 2: Application Review and Processing

Once we receive your application, fee, and all required documents we will begin reviewing the submission. We will schedule a video interview to further evaluate your English proficiency. After review, we will process your application and submit it to your school of choice. Processing typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks. During this time, feel free to reach out with any questions by

Step 3: Acceptance and Visa Processing

Upon acceptance, AEEA will send:

  • An I-20 form (Certificate of Eligibility)

  • A Letter of Acceptance from the school

  • A Letter for the U.S. Embassy

  • Invoices for tuition and AEEA program fee

Step 4: Inform AEEA of Visa Approval

Once your visa is approved, notify us by emailing info@aeeaweb.com. We will then guide you through the next steps of your journey.
